Were they Autistic? Peter Sellers

Has anyone seen the movie "The life and death of Peter Sellers? I didn't know much about this guy, but saw this then a documentary about his life, then watched some of his movies. I wonder if he was autistic/asperger. He seems to have had very poor social skills (he asked a friend if his friend would mind him making a move on his wife, and didn't think this was odd) and had tantrums. He made decisions that affected others without thinking about how they would feel. Two of his wives left him because of his inappropriate behaviour. also, his most famous characters (Inspector Clouseau, Chnce the Gardener, the nerdy character in the radio show The Goons) were all at least a bit autistic. He could also impersonate well: which was one of his talents.
